Read About Elmer
Driven by his passion for wood framing, Elmer serves as a resource for others on industry topics, trends and value engineering solutions with a special interest in lumber prices and Pre-fab component style wood framing. Elmer serves on the Board of Directors of the American Subcontractors Association of Central PA and as Chair of ABC Keystone’s Young Professional Committee. In the office, Elmer serves as lead cheerleader to create a culture where his team can grow and thrive.
As a certified private pilot, Elmer has a love for aviation. When not flying, you can find Elmer golfing, knee-deep in a DIY home improvement project, or on the water – enjoying the sun and fishing.

Read About Mason
With an innate ability to understand a problem and identify a solution, Mason thrives on the details that take a project from concept to completion. As Director of Structural Engineering, Mason will collaborate with project teams and clients to find quality solutions by providing professional structural engineering services, leading the design for building and non-building structures, and helping to solve a variety of other problems. Mason credits effective communication, collaboration, coordination, and attention to detail for his problem-solving skills.
A member of the Quality Buildings Leadership Team, Mason embodies QB’s commitment to innovation, safety, and teamwork as he leads the structural engineering division.
In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in 10 U.S. states, Mason is an Adjunct Instructor at Bucks County Community College. Mason is a proud Penn State alumnus and serves as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. Mason has also served as a volunteer Chief Officer, participating in many task-oriented committees including building renovation, sprinkler system installation, and strategic planning.
Outside the office, you can find Mason exploring history to uncover stories about significant people and places. To relax, Mason enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.

Read About Sam
In his role, Sam supports multiple aspects of the project including material selection and purchase, scheduling, and working with project documents to identify any discrepancies before getting on the job site. As a member of the leadership team, Sam also handles bulk material acquisition and assists in creating the company’s growth model and maintaining a strong financial position.
Since joining Quality Buildings in 2008, Sam has served as a mentor to the team with a focus on creating a positive impact through his commitment to quality, integrity, honesty, and reliability.
Always focused on service-first, Sam prefers working vacations on the ranch in Wyoming and spending time with his family.

Read About Raymond
In his role, Raymond is in charge of employee engagement, project management, foremen oversight, and maintaining and purchasing equipment and software programs.
As a member of the leadership team, Raymond also chairs the safety committee and serves as a mentor helping to instill the company’s commitment to accountability within the team.
Since joining Quality Buildings in 2009 Raymond has held multiple positions including carpenter, crew foreman, and project manager. He holds OSHA 10 and first aid certificates and has completed ABC Keystone’s Leadership Development series.
Committed to giving back and service, Raymond is involved in charitable fundraising within the local community. In his downtime, Raymond enjoys spending time outdoors with the family, hunting, or visiting his favorite vacation spot – Cozumel, Mexico.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Taylor thrives on improving system processes to make the company and team more efficient. In her role, she aligns the needs of each team member and the business to ensure a well-rounded positive outlook. Taylor joined Quality Buildings in 2020.
