Read About Elmer
Elmer founded Quality Buildings in 2008 with a mission of bringing a world-class level of service to every construction project. As Founder and President of Quality Buildings, Elmer leads his team in the wood framing design/build process, working with clients from concept to completion. Known for his leadership and extensive industry knowledge, Elmer has a keen ability to focus on the big picture of a project to ensure each phase is well thought out, designed and delivered to align with the broader scope of the project’s schedule goals, and budget.
Driven by his passion for wood framing, Elmer serves as a resource for others on industry topics, trends and value engineering solutions with a special interest in lumber prices and Pre-fab component style wood framing. Elmer serves on the Board of Directors of the American Subcontractors Association of Central PA and as Chair of ABC Keystone’s Young Professional Committee. In the office, Elmer serves as lead cheerleader to create a culture where his team can grow and thrive.
As a certified private pilot, Elmer has a love for aviation. When not flying, you can find Elmer golfing, knee-deep in a DIY home improvement project, or on the water – enjoying the sun and fishing.

Read About Robb
With more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Robb focuses as much on people as he does projects. In his role as Director of Business Development, Robb is instrumental in cultivating and leading new business efforts, as well as overseeing the company’s preconstruction service, including constructability and industry insight.
Before joining Quality Buildings, Robb spent 10 years working as a project manager for two local construction companies. Robb’s experience in general contracting allows him to apply his first-hand knowledge of leading commercial construction projects and skill in developing solution-driven outcomes to ensure every experience with Quality Buildings starts and ends with quality workmanship. Robb believes listening to understand the ‘needs’ and ‘why’ behind every project is the key to success.
Robb is a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) and a LEED Green Associate. Additionally, he serves on the Board of Directors for ABC Keystone and volunteers with the ACE mentoring program.
Outside of the office, you can likely find Robb spending time with his wife Leah and their golden retriever Maverick on the water in his boat, or in the woods, tucked away in his tree stand.

Read About Mason
With an innate ability to understand a problem and identify a solution, Mason thrives on the details that take a project from concept to completion. As Director of Structural Engineering, Mason will collaborate with project teams and clients to find quality solutions by providing professional structural engineering services, leading the design for building and non-building structures, and helping to solve a variety of other problems. Mason credits effective communication, collaboration, coordination, and attention to detail for his problem-solving skills.
A member of the Quality Buildings Leadership Team, Mason embodies QB’s commitment to innovation, safety, and teamwork as he leads the structural engineering division.
In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania, Mason is an Adjunct Instructor at Bucks County Community College and serves his community as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. Mason has also served as a volunteer Chief Officer, participating in many task-oriented committees including building renovation, sprinkler system installation, and strategic planning.
Outside the office, you can find Mason exploring history to uncover stories about significant people and places. To relax, Mason enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.

Read About Sam
If there’s a project underway at Quality Buildings, Sam is likely involved. As the Director of Virtual Design Construction, Sam leads and manages the pre-fabricated component design and manufacturing.
In his role, Sam supports multiple aspects of the project including material selection and purchase, scheduling, and working with project documents to identify any discrepancies before getting on the job site. As a member of the leadership team, Sam also handles bulk material acquisition and assists in creating the company’s growth model and maintaining a strong financial position.
Since joining Quality Buildings in 2008, Sam has served as a mentor to the team with a focus on creating a positive impact through his commitment to quality, integrity, honesty, and reliability.
Always focused on service-first, Sam prefers working vacations on the ranch in Wyoming and spending time with his family.

Read About Raymond
Known as the go-to guy, Raymond is responsible for keeping everything at Quality Buildings running smoothly. As the Director of Operations, Raymond oversees the field crews and manufacturing, ensuring that the team has the right resources to get their job done safely and efficiently.
In his role, Raymond is in charge of employee engagement, project management, foremen oversight, and maintaining and purchasing equipment and software programs.
As a member of the leadership team, Raymond also chairs the safety committee and serves as a mentor helping to instill the company’s commitment to accountability within the team.
Since joining Quality Buildings in 2009 Raymond has held multiple positions including carpenter, crew foreman, and project manager. He holds OSHA 10 and first aid certificates and has completed ABC Keystone’s Leadership Development series.
Committed to giving back and service, Raymond is involved in charitable fundraising within the local community. In his downtime, Raymond enjoys spending time outdoors with the family, hunting, or visiting his favorite vacation spot – Cozumel, Mexico.

Read About Gideon
Patient, positive, and committed are three words used to describe Gideon King. As the Director of People and Culture at Quality Buildings, Gideon supports the company in developing quality team members and creating a culture that retains employees and attracts new talent.
As a member of Quality Buildings’ leadership team and a former General Manager of a Lancaster County business, Gideon thrives on developing plans and creatively engaging the team to bring the plans to life. Gideon believes in setting goals to drive responsibility, development, and gratification.
Gideon’s passion for helping and empowering others extends beyond the workday. He and his wife serve as group facilitators at their church and give back to the community by cooking meals and volunteering at local food-packing distributors to support families in need. To rejuvenate, Gideon enjoys endurance sports, motorcycle rides, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Read About Taylor
If there’s a way to improve a process, Taylor will find it. As the Director of Finance at Quality Buildings, Taylor leads and manages all financial activities to keep the company moving forward while maintaining a solid financial position. In addition to strategic budgeting and forecasting, she also ensures proper systems are in place to support payroll and inventory needs.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Taylor thrives on improving system processes to make the company and team more efficient. In her role, she aligns the needs of each team member and the business to ensure a well-rounded positive outlook. Taylor joined Quality Buildings in 2020.
