Garden Spot Village

Garden Spot Village’s newest neighborhood in Lancaster County introduced a unique senior living concept inspired by cohousing and pocket neighborhood models, featuring six cottage designs with spaces that encourage community and multigenerational living. With a demanding 10-day cycle for each cottage, Quality Buildings’ off-site prefabrication model was selected to accelerate construction and maintain consistency across the development. After successfully completing an initial test run, QB developed a repeatable panelized system that efficiently scaled production for each unit. Through proactive preconstruction planning, QB also identified design issues early, customized panel designs for unique rooflines, and improved jobsite safety through strategic staging and ground-level assembly methods.
