The Sycamore & Oak Retail Pavilion is a 23,000-square-foot, community-driven development designed as a business incubator for local food vendors and entertainment. The project creates a vibrant, flexible destination that supports small businesses while fostering local engagement. Mass timber plays a central role in the structure, adding warmth and character while enabling an innovative approach to construction. The pavilion was designed for disassembly and relocation, allowing it to be moved and reassembled in new locations as community needs evolve.
