Year-round framing across a three-year campus build

Located at the heart of the Landis Homes campus, the Learning & Wellness Center is a three-phase development totaling 208,000 sq. ft. and 79 apartments with underground parking. Quality Buildings supplied and installed all framing material, roof and floor trusses, and prefabricated wall panels as a complete turnkey framing package for all three phases. Two of the three phases were constructed over an elevated concrete podium housing a parking garage. Advanced in-house wall panel fabrication allowed construction to proceed year-round throughout the three-year project, regardless of weather conditions. The project's multi-phase structure and elevated podium construction required careful coordination and sustained execution consistency across an extended timeline.
