The Lofts at Worthington is a mixed-use smart-growth development featuring one- and two-bedroom apartments with cathedral ceilings and large loft spaces, plus main-floor restaurants, shops, and businesses. Quality Buildings provided all labor, material, equipment, and supervision for a complete rough carpentry wood framing package. The scope included exterior wall framing with OSB sheathing and Tyvek House Wrap, engineered roof and floor trusses, cabinet blocking, temporary and permanent bracing, and shear wall blocking.
